I've had this one for over 30 years. It's just like a bench grinder, you dress the wheels when they get wonky.
One grit and I do plane and chisels on it.
My Son bought one a few years ago, black friday sale 1/2 off.
We used it for sausages, works great.

It could just be a rebranded Vevor or?
Mines a few years back ( 2023) and it's a gen 2 AFAIK because it has the newer pellet slide.
Works great with no problems.
I have no problems using different pellets with jamming but you do need to keep a eye on pellet bridging.
