    Bourbon/whiskey drinkers *****

Once in a while the local ABC store carries it. However, my first purchase was from a place called Total Wine.........there are several different kinds of Rip, and this was the cheap stuff, about $65 for a 5th. To tell the truth, I'm not sure that it is any better than other premium brands. I...

A picture is worth a thousand words or a thousand bites

Can't say that I have a "favorite" cook, it is usually the last one, or today, the next one as I try out an Asian wing cook later today. The shopping along took me hours to find what I needed.....anyway, since it is winter north or here, here's a nice picture of sunny Fl., though this was taken...

    Gas grill question / advice

Yes I do use it, even when using the OPT or WSM to light my chimney. Secondly, if I am frying something I use it, especially something like fish which tends to smell up the house. I also do fries on it when doing those. Char some pepper some time and you will see why to do them outdoors, though...

outdoor kitchen with WSM enclosure design idea

Your plan to slide the wsm in and out is a good idea, however, will it slide in and out without removing the top or center section, hard to tell from our drawing. If just the top needs to come off, then ok., but if the center section also needs to be removed then that might be difficult to do...

How is the best way to light a grill and smoker after dark? Part II

I turn on the house floodlights, and/or back porch lights, and if that's not enough I use some battery operated lamps kept for when the elec. goes out. For the gas grill I also have a weber light attached, for the OTP, I'm SOL depending on the flood or porch lights............................d

    how thin can you get?

A slicer or very very good knife skills. However, with a lot to do, the knife will be difficult to have consistent pieces. I bought a slicer, don't really use it much, but when slicing up a large hunk, there's nothing better..........................d

I've made that a time or two, but never on the grill, but alas, wife does not really like it, so don't do it anymore. Yours looks like it would be quite good.........................d
