Boneless Pork Ribs? Late evening cook.

TonyUK If you note I did mention Diet Coke, but also Captain Morgan's. The Captain Morgan's trumps Diet Coke, but only if you mix them equally. Pat G Those mushrooms are seriously good. Next time I'm going to use Pepper Jack cheese.

Boneless Pork Ribs? Late evening cook.

Robert-R It wouldn't surprise me one bit if those came from a boneless pig farm. Picture a pig with no bones, just a blob of pork. LOL John Sp Around here country ribs are cut from the pork shoulder, and are like over sized individual ribs. These are almost like a pork brisket or...

    kingsford charcoal containers

I'm lucky enough to work in a boiler / chilled water plant. One of our water treatments was powdered bromine. It came in a nice plastic over sized plastic bucket. The nice thing about these buckets was that they had screw on lids with a rubber o ring seal. I washed out the bucket REAL good...

Advice please…..The search in progress for a Performer

Don't settle. I have many grills, and I use my Performer's gas assist to start all the other one's before I start cooking on it. The bin isn't all that great, but it does hold my bags of wood chips. Keep an eye on CL and sooner or later you're going to find what you want at a great price...

Looking for advise on 22 otg vs 26.75 kettle?

Other than my Smokey Joe I use my kettles mostly for indirect cooking. If I'm cooking over 300 degrees, which is most of the time, I'm pulling out my kettles. Get the 22, and get use to setting it up and keeping the temperature you're looking for. It's easy to do on both, but I think the 22...

My new CL find turned into a real winner!!!

I found that utility cart as Sam's Club a few years ago. It's an outstanding grill cart. I'm going to do a bunch of chicken thighs and baked beans tonight on the 26. That with some good beer bread and mushrooms peppers and onions on the other grills.

My new CL find turned into a real winner!!!

It's a toy Weber grill a friend of mine got me a few years back. It is like the old grills with the lid clip. It's great for cookouts, I put it on my rolling cart, and fill it with nuts. And thanks everyone for the kind words, I'd never feel right about grilling on the 26 if I didn't tell...

My new CL find turned into a real winner!!!

A few weeks back I found a CL listing for a 21" for eighty bucks about an hour away. The picture wasn't the best, but the description said it was only used a few times, and it had to go because they were moving. I gave it a shot, and they still had it, so I told them I'll take it. I was asked...

Weber E-210, Home Depot Special or Regular

I have the 210, and love it. It gets good and hot for burgers and the like, and it holds a steady 350 when I want to bake bread. The small size and folding sides were a selling point for me. I got mine assembled and waxed every part before I put it together, and it's always under cover, so...

    Rotisserie ring question

My brother has one, and he loves it. He drilled 4 holes in his added some quarter twenty screws and another grate. Double the cooking surface and it works like a dream.

    performer lid bail modification

Scott I've removed the whole assembly from my Performer about two years ago to give me an extra inch in the garage when I store them, and have yet to regret it. My Performer is eleven years old now, and I just didn't like the lid holder at all. I filled the holes with two quarter twenty screws...
