Stoker - Where do you put your Air Probes?

There are more variables than just probe placement. How about fuel placement? Blower Placement. And (when applicable) food placement. I would expect a probe that is above where my currently lit coals are to be slightly hotter than the opposite side, especially if the chamber were otherwise...

    Igloo Yukon - Coolers

Thanks for the report Matt. I too am a fan of my Igloo marines. Buyer beware though, there are different grades even within the "Igloo marines" line, and some are excellent while others are much lesser insulating.

    New 26" vs old 26"

This thread is such a tease! I was looking for information on what EXACT years Weber has sold a 26 inch kettle. Phot timeline would be a bonus.

    One Touch ash sweeper differences.

Thanks guys. My 'new' 99 mastertouch is the first "gold" style weber I have had so I was unfamiliar with the design changes. Mine definitely has a support bar held in place by that sweeper nut. If I understand correctly this is the old model and at some point the design was changed so that...

    One Touch ash sweeper differences.

    Red EE Master-Touch

I picked a red EE Master Touch on craigslist this week. It looked to be in great shape from the photos. I was hoping it was the proverbial "granny drives the cadillac twice a month whether it needs it or not". The better analogy would be "We use our truck every day - and change the oil every...

How much would you pay for ....

This is entirely a hypothetical question and comes with a lot of assumptions. But let's assume you were in the market for buying a New wsm for whatever reason. How much of a premium would you pay to get it in one of the weber colors? Say red, blue or green for arguments sake. I think I...
