    Netflix Series

I'm envious that you're getting to see it for the first time, I've watched the series at least 3 times, maybe 4. Currently enjoying Lilyhammer thanks to this thread. BTW, it's not all in sub-titles, thankfully.

If you remember calling to get the time and temp.

The Killing, on Netflix, looks promising too. Anyone watched it?

If you go looking for this one, here's the way the series is spelled; Lilyhammer I need to give this one a shot, the Sopranos was a favorite.

I didn't think I would like Arrested Development, but I really do. Takes a certain sense of humor I think. Waiting for 4th and final season of Ozark in early 2022. Coincidentally they both star Jason Bateman.

    Today at Costco

A little over a year later gas is $3.09, Prime packer briskets are $5.99/lb, pork belly $3.99/lb. and ground beef is $3.89/lb. There was only 2 packers in the case, other meat and cuts seemed well stocked. Ground beef is the only meat purchased, even though I'm not liking the lean to fat ratio...

Grandson puts meat on the table with a 6x6

No clue, it's most likely still being processed.

If you wish you still had your Jack in the Box antenna ball head so you can find where the hell you parked the car! A seller on Amazon has them for $9.99 and $2.99 shipping.

    Wow! Meat prices.

I'll bet there will be more deer hunters this year. Unless your smart about it, and handy at butchering, venison can cost more per lb. than beef.

You know you're getting old when...

The 1958 Edsel had push buttons on the steering column. A childhood friend of mine had an uncle come through our small town transporting a carrier of brand new Edsels. My buddy and I laughed when we saw where the buttons were located.

PK360 for sale in St. Louis - am I priced right?

Sounds like a good price to me, but I also need to downsize. My Pit Boss kamado hasn't seen fire in a long time. Problem is, any deck space I concede gets more flowers from my plant loving wife.

Long Day Ends With Pork Chops on the E6

Great looking chops, John! If you don't mind me asking, where'd you get those beauties?

You know you're getting old when...

Occasionally I have a senior moment and can't come up with a word that I'm searching for. I've discovered that if I say "I forgot the English word for it" people will think I'm bilingual instead of an idiot.

    The Humor Thread

Wonder if there's a software that can youthen (new word) people. Their faces look too much like the original cast. I've come to not trust much of what I see on the net.

Hoping third times the charm for my SnS

Ribs started: After 3 hours they went into foil with butter and brown sugar for an hour, then out and sauced for a little while longer. Temps held nice and steady. Last of my pics, right before getting foiled:

Hoping third times the charm for my SnS

While I appreciate the comments about air leaks, I'll reiterate, I know very well how air and fire works. With about half the amount of charcoal they call for, and a type that's harder to light It's been holding a pretty steady 250 for almost 3 hours now on my rib cook. I have he original...
