    Beer Can Chicken and Wings

Saturday was the first really nice day in a loooong time! Mid 50's and bright sunshine. I had to work in the morning but had my heart set on smoking in the afternoon. I purchased some goodies on amazon, the new ET-733 (works awesome), an injector, and Steve Raichlen Beer Can Chicken Roaster...

    Wireless Thermometers for WSM

Well. I'm liking this new ET-733. Way better than the igrill mini! At least i can walk away more then 30' and it doesn't loose signal. Only thing I notice between the igrill mini and new ET-733 is that there is about a 20 degree temp difference at ten grate. How do I know which is more accurate?

Help Please - My overnight smoke went out!

This is my worst fear. Maybe using a wireless thermometer which can alert you when the temp drops below a predetermined setpoint would help in future cooks.

Cooking Four Pork Shoulders on an 18.5

FYI. From what I've read on these great forums the lower rack cooks faster do to it being closer to the heat source.

    Deciding between 14.5 and 18.5

I originally purchased the 14.5" and returned it for the 18.5". I just felt that the 14.5 was to small and the size made it seem more like a toy. I also want to do overnight cooks at some point and read that the 14.5 may not last through the night without needed to be re-fueled.
