i built this to keep the rain and snow off and the wind away also gives me a nice side table,wood and charcoal storage. when it is inclimate I have a nice place to stand under while checking everything outmy bbq house
I have a black plastic tub that I bought from aubuchaun(sp) hardware it is a multi-purpose tub I used once to mix some cement. It was under $10 and it works great for soking my grates

hey I like the 365 for grillin and used to use it in my offset, needed the heat. I now use wew in the wsm and love it. I happen to work at whole foods but am not biased. where I am the 365 is the best thing going that I can pick up on the reg otherwise it is kingsford or matchlight or duraflame...

Does it last out of refrigeration and at what temps are you doing this I want to do it in my wsm I have a guru and jacket so holding the temp should not be an issue I just want to know how to do it and keep it shelf stable
