    Valentines Day dinner... 2 1/2 inch Porterhouse with salt and cracked black pepper. Seared and then indirect (sorry out of focus). Pulled at 125 Rested for 15 under foil. Poured a nice red. Served with creamed spinach, baked spud and a caesar salad.
