    Picked up some nice looking veal chops. I don't buy these often, but it was really nice out so I couldn't resist. Sorry some of the pics are little off focus. I've got to start using my good camera, these are all iPhone pics. Coated in EVOO, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme (both from our garden)...

    Nope, I have not had the problem. However, the construction of building can easily interfere with the wireless signals if there is any kind of metal used in the construction. Mine works easily all over my house.

    I second Penzeys. They have great products and they have some really good rub blends. Try the BBQ 3000, it's unique and really good. Their web site is not real great, but they have a great catalog.

    I've done this once before, but my rotisserie for my gasser is busted. It was good. I think I originally found on the about.com web site as a result of the google search. I ignored the times and go by temp. I like mine Med. Rare. Pull it off at 125 and rest it for 10 mins. I sliced mine up...
