Easter Ham, Ribs, and Veggies (Photo Heavy)

Thanks for sharing - that all looks great! The first time I warmed a ham on my smoker I was surprised by how much better it was compared to warming in the oven.

    Smoked Chicken

You're a man after my own heart. For Christmas we made tamales at our house this year and instead of boiling the pork, I smoked it as if it was for pulled pork. They came out great. But back to chicken... I just made two small roadside chickens so I would have some left over for Buffalo Chicken...

Walleye and veggies - it's what's for dinner

I threw some chunks of cherry on the coals when I put the fish on and it added a really nice smoke flavor. I also grilled broccoli raab, eggplant and Spanish onion slices to go with.

    My new 26

Not only new to me, but it looks pretty much new as well. It's an '85 that was apparently used in a store display somewhere and then set aside in an attic. It's practically flawless and it never had a fire built in it. It really fills up the bed in my truck. It's a beaut...

    Interesting week for me

When it rains, it pours, eh? I was agonizing over whether to try to buy that Performer myself because I like having propane to ignite charcoal. It looked like a great deal!
