Walleye and veggies - it's what's for dinner

I threw some chunks of cherry on the coals when I put the fish on and it added a really nice smoke flavor.

I also grilled broccoli raab, eggplant and Spanish onion slices to go with.

Beautiful looking plate and am sure it was delicious. Question. Did you season the walleye filets? They are my favorite fish to catch and eat

I kept the seasoning light. I oiled with peanut oil so they wouldn't stick and then sprinkled with a salt, black pepper and some Adobo seasoning.
