If I have my wood chunks laying on top and a couple of them catch fire at the same time, I'll see a temperature spike. I try to either bury the wood or space them so they don't light at the same time.
Or I would buy from a local store so you won't have to worry about shipping damage and the time it takes to get replacement parts. Sometimes the local hardware will offer a slight discount after Labor Day.
I'm flipping an older Genesis E310 and figured I'd use the flavorizer bars I bought on Amazon 3 years ago. The problem is, I never looked at them and just put them on a shelf. These fit the newer (front dial) genesis and I have an older side control model...

The absolute best store bought I've found is St Elmo's Extra hot. It's crazy hot and will light you up.
Sorry but I'm with Tim. A real Chicago Dog is so hard to get outside of Chicago and finding a local source is a rare treat. I've even seriously considered ordering the kits from Vienna Beef but just can't bring myself to spend that much for hot dogs. A salad version seems sacrilegious.

I'm finding the Weston crinkle cut for $3 in all the discount stores around here for some reason. I used to be only able to find them at Kroger but now I've seen them at Starve A Lot, Family Dollar, Dollar general, etc.
