Question re grill covers, see pic

I can't answer your question about another brand; however, I have both Weber and Yukon Glory covers for various grills and prefer the Yukon. Mine have held up great (oldest is about a year), but I'm not in Orlando, land of the blazing hot sun like you. Yukon has a good warranty. Maybe they'll...

    SS Performer--NO tank!

Assuming its the original hose, you'll need to convert the hose/regulator to the newer style that will fit any standard tank. Seems to me I've seen them for about $20-$30. Your local hardware store or big box should have them. Take the old one off and inspect it prior to shopping to insure you...

My first EVER Pork Butt Smoke on WSM 22.5" with QMaster Lite ATC and Apple wood

+1 on injecting pork. You're pork looks great. Good job. It's hard to get a lot of flavor into that thick piece of meat. Also, when you pull, you may try adding a little more rub, salt and pepper, or whatever to taste.

How can I save a few bucks on a new purchase?

CL is a great place, as others have said. Also, check with your smaller local Weber dealers (Hdw Stores, etc). They are more likely to cut you a deal than a big box store. It can't hurt to ask.
