    My 2021 Weber Premium!

Now I understand. Thanks for the details. It’s a bit more involved to upgrading the Premium than I’d like. Instead, I’ve decided to add a Master-Touch to my collection. Cost-wise it makes more sense to me.

    My 2021 Weber Premium!

Interesting but I don’t see how one leg will fit into or around the other unless they’re of different diameters. The other thing that bugs me about this grill is it only has one bowl handle. Moving it is a PITA. I’ve got to figure out how to attach a 2nd bowl handle. The way it is is a crummy...

    My 2021 Weber Premium!

I just bought a green Premium 3 days ago (green was hard as heck to find). Haven’t fired it up yet but will on Independence Day! I already know I’m going to get along really well with the ash catcher! Char-Baskets and slide-a-side lid holder used with my Dad’s ‘79 kettle are standing by.

2.25 lb Brisket point stalls for 5 hours

Chris, you can order the pink butchers paper from Amazon in the UK / most any Amazon in another country. Many products will ship internationally (I’ve ordered quite a number of things from Amazon Germany sent to the U.S.) though you might have to pay a little. Don’t lose hope. Trial and error...

Has Weber shown us a new accessory?

Old thread, I know, but, has anyone who owns this cart popped some Weber wheels on it?

    Lidyl charcoal

Was just at LIDL yesterday morning. Saw the charcoal but instead, I went for the whole milk at $1.69 per gallon. Best deal on store bought milk, anywhere.

    So you screwed up..........

I’ll take the liberty of adding some additional content to MartinB’s post. As an RN for the past 30 years, we spell “FOOD SAFETY” with capital letters in our home. No “if, ands or buts“ about it, and, although I may have some insight into food borne illnesses, I am not an authority on food...

Wha What you’ve got going on there is a good case of “GAS” (Grill Acquisition Syndrome).

If, at First, You don’t Succeed, Try, Try, Again

Thanks for the compliment. Belonging to this community has made tips and techniques I’ve heard, seen and read about a simple attempt away. I’ve definitely been encouraged by this group.

If, at First, You don’t Succeed, Try, Try, Again

My second attempt at rotisserie kebabs. My first attempt last weekend turned out somewhat ”charred” (read; burned). This afternoon turned out perfectly (IMHO). Indirect high heat (front and rear burners on high, center off), hood thermometer read 400 F. All I did was adjust the grill time...

Home ground chuck and sirloin burgers and some with BACON

i didn’t even know a ”stand-alone” meat grinder like this existed. Looks like a nice piece of kit at a very affordable price point.
