    Yes and yes =) I was also thinking just put ice in the water pan and be done with the cooling . And if I do go with SD , just use the old door for that. Man, You and I are sooo on the same page =) I just may go with the AMNPS/ice in pan and be done with it. Thank you Chris. Peter

    Covers are good and bad........... Good- keep the weber from outside elements Bad- Covers also keep some moisture inside which can cause some rust and mold............. I keep my smoker uncovered inside in my garage =) Peter

    First meatloaf ever ....OMG =)

    Thank you everyone !!!!!!!!!!! :) Ingredients- shrooms, red omion, bacon, red pepper, bell pepper,eggs, bread crums, ketchup, salt and pepper. Outside- Mix of spices. Glaze- BBQ sause, ketchup, molasses, light brown sugar, habanero sause. Cooked at 260F till inside temp is 150F then glazed...
