Bob, wish there was a magic wand for issues like thus. Don't know if you are a religious sort or not, but I have a habit of praying for others. I'll say a few for you if you don't mind.
A bit late in posting this. It sure does not compare to what I've seen posted by some. I am humbled when I see what some of you cook.

Culver's is my choice over McD's, Hardees, CFA. Never had an opportunity to try the others. During Lent, Culver's has Walleye on their menu. Of course, anyone from or near Wisconsin has heard of, known someone, or has fished for Walleye themselves.
