    What did I buy

OK, was at an Estate sale this weekend and in the spirit of you can not have too many grills I saw this grill there for $20. I believe it measures 26 inches and has porcelin side handles and a wood top handle. Looks like an old 26" grill. How do I research this on the Weber site. Thanks Mitch

Thanks for the warm wishes from everyone. The bird turned out great and lots of family and friends enjoyed. Two pork shoulders sit in the frige with rub ready to go in at midnight for tomorrows BBQ dinner. Thanks to all.

Looking for some advise on turkey timing

I smoke my bird wrap it in heavy duty foil and bring it to my brother in law's house. Sometimes it sits in the cooler wrapped for 3 hours and is hot steaming and delicious when carved. No problem with the wait. Happy Thanksgiving

Do you keep your grills out year round

Living here in the Northeast I usually stop using my charcoal grills after snow falls. I keep them covered on my deck year round and switch to gas. Now that I found a new Red Performer I was wondering if I should put her in the shed or leave her out covered. I keep my One Touch Gold out covered...

    pastrami and tender quick

Why is tender quick so important. I view that stuff as poison. It is pure Na(sodium) and can be related to increasing hypertension and kidney problems if someone has borderline kidney function. I cook without it and get good results without the color and flavor enhancement of this product.
