    Pre-brined turkey.

The host brought the turkey from Whole Foods. Do you think it's soaked or injected?

    Pre-brined turkey.

The person that's hosting Thanksgiving this year bought a pre-brined turkey. I didn't know those existed before. What are people's thoughts on those?

Chicken Wings with a Garlicky Glaze

What was # 2? This recipe has a lot of flavor in it. I like it.

Samsung. There's no way to downgrade the firmware. I thought about replacing the control board, but since I don't know what firmware version I had before the update, I would have just been guessing if I purchased a control board with an old firmware on it, not knowing for sure if the firmware...

I've been using the Time Stack for over a month now. I really like it. Thanks. Functionality is good, and it doesn't have an annoying chime. Which was the main purpose of getting away from my oven chime. After I unintentionally updated my oven's firmware over wi fi in 2022, it changed the...

    Starter Cubes

Maybe using vegetable oil, instead of dry newspaper, would have helped me. Sounds good, I'll do that, thanks. There were times when it worked the first time, and each of those times I kept thinking I had figured out how to do it right, the first time, for the future.

    Starter Cubes

I've been trying the junk mail method, in a chimney, for starting a fire for almost 7 years. There's too many times where the mail gets lit on fire, then burns out without lighting the charcoal. I want to try something else. Should I try a starter cube, a starter square, or a tumbleweed...

Since there's no on/off switch, how long does the battery last for you? Do you leave the battery in all the time, or do you take it out and only put it in when needed?

I have a timer on my oven. However, after having it for more than a year, in 2022, I connected it to wi fi for the first time, to see what features I could use when it became a smart oven. As soon as I connected it to wi fi for that first time in 2022, it updated the firmware and changed the...

I don't have a smart watch. But am just wondering. Can you set multiple timers with "Hey Google"?

Is the display still easy to see without the backlight? And do you think it's loud enough? There seem to be a decent amount of reviews that say it's not that loud. Edit: Ok, the Timestack is rated as louder than the Timestick (3 timers). It was the Timestick that people said wasn't loud enough.

    Timer recommendation.

Does someone have a timer recommendation with the following features: 1) 2 or 3 timers can be set at the same time. 2) The number of seconds can also be set, not just minutes and hours. 3) Has a loud alarm. 4) Backlight or display stays on for at least a few minutes after the alarm goes...

    Cookie of the month

Oh, now I see that this recipe was for January. Ok, makes sense. Sure, do a cookie recipe every month.

Are you posting a cookie recipe every month, now?

    Coffee rubbed pork?

Because I wasn't sure if they would do that for you, without making you buy a bag of beans. So that's why I wanted to ask for others experience in what's worked for them. Now I've gotten answers based on what's worked for real people. So I'm thankful for the input and for people sharing.

    Coffee rubbed pork?

I didn't say I couldn't find anywhere to grind the coffee beans. I was asking for suggestions as to what the easiest way to do it was. I saw there were a few options, so I wanted to ask what people thought was easier. Since others might have gotten ground beans before, and I hadn't.

    Teriyaki Chicken Wings

Thanks for the info, lol. That's a bad title then. They should call it Soy Sauce Chicken Wings.
