    Today we made some alpastor tacos. Maribel was craving some so I do what I do to make her happy. This is store bought stuff but we add chopped onion and pineapple. We did this cook on the Weber genesis with the little griddle. First a little drink Thanks for stopping by Tony and Maribel

    I cook on the griddle. We buy the stuff already marinaded and chopped. We just mix in some chopped onion and crushed pineapple. My buddy has the real thing and he stacks thin slices that has been marinaded in adobo. Then as it cooks he slices off and serves directly on the tortillas

    I haven’t seen anyone cook it on a weber Rotisserie. The way we do it is as it cooks we slice off and serve. That may be difficult on the rotisserie. we Garnish with salsa,onions and cilantro. Pineapple bits or slices on top.

    My slaw recipe is simple. Red cabbage and carrot strips. Equal amounts of sour cream and mayonnaise. The more you add of this 2 ingredients the more it gets messy....start with 2tbs if each and mix until you like honey looks. Then add salt and pepper to your taste.

    It’s a beer mix popular here Southern California. Many brands to choose from. 3oz to a 12oz beer. Mix and drink. Usually taken after a night of drinking and need something for the next day. Or to be enjoyed before an evening of fun and libations.
