i have seen these at a couple grocery stores. they are sold in 10 pound boxes. i asked about them at the meat counter and they opened up a box for me....
they looked to be ribs, but all cut up in odd strips/pieces. they did look very meaty though.

i made some pork chops yesterday. i had a full chimney lit and split it between both baskets. there was also some leftover from the last cook so that was split evenly before i poured the lit on top.
i let the coals sit in there for a few minutes to get the grate hot. when i put the chops...

i bought some pork loin chops... not a boneless loin that i had cut and not regular looking pork chops either.... these have a circular bone in the middle. tried finding a pic online and couldnt find one.
i cant cook them! every time i make them they are dry. i have done them a couple...
what do you clean them up with Brian? i have used easy off only on the lids, but have never put it on the actual bowls. my lil family grew quickly and i need to take a weekend to just give them a good thorough cleaning.
