Oakridge BBQ Habanero - Death Dust

First gave the wings a good dusting of Oakridge Secret Weapon Pork & Chicken rub followed by some Habanero Death Dust (HDD) and let them sit in the fridge for a few hours. Then onto the KJ @ 375 for just under a hour. While they were cooking away i made a batch of PD Finger Stickin Chicken...

We have a 7 Cup KitchenAid and it works great for all the things you want it to do.

Looks great and reminds me i have to do another batch. I also use the same hanging method w/ toothpicks.
