Those are some picture perfect sear marks on those ribeyes and looks like they were cooked to perfection. I love the crash hots, ever since i saw Jim Lampe make them they have been a favorite of mine.

I love the multi colored spuds. My brother grows about 20 different varieties of potatoes on his farm. I've had some of the purple ones and they taste great. The chops are killer. I bet they tasted great.
