I'm a fan. We are a family of three and I can usually find the perfect sized flat iron steak to feed us with no leftovers.

I really like mine although I've been using my Hunsaker a little more lately. Only because it was a more recent purchase. One of my favorites to make is fried rice. I love making a bunch of noise with the spatulas, my neighbors probably wonder what I'm up to.

Thanks. The manifold on my grill has even smaller screws than in your picture. They are also slightly recessed in the housing. I'll have to snap a pic next time I get a chance.

I tried to clean mine yesterday and those small screws won't budge. Any ideas?
