    Nobody Using Q Grills?

Use my 1200 all the time at home and in the road. During the hot weather this summer used it for breakfast and dinner! Use the rotisserie on it at least once a week.

    Zucchini fritters

New production. We searched high and low for a good vintage waffle maker where we live and could only find parts and pieces or cobbled together ones. When the Appalachian Cast Iron Company released this I bought it and it’s a great asset to our kitchen.

    Naked bird

Thanks. I’m always cooking but haven’t posted anything as we’ve been off on adventures and to be honest when we’re out camping I usually forget to take photos. Mostly due to the hops that’s in my water…or it’s dark by the time we realize we should be eating 🤣

Did a naked bird on the 14” WSM. Boiled the back and skin for stock. Seasoned the bird with homemade taco seasoning. We ate the breasts. The rest I shredded and made Caldo de pollo the next night. Everything turned out great. Used our garden fresh tomatoes and home made tomato sauce. The...

Did a Mississippi Tri tip last night for dinner. Mixed all the ingredients into a Vac Pac bag and threw it into the Sous vide at 130°f for 5 hours. Then seared it off on both sides using the Weber 1200. Yum! Super tasty and perfectly cooked.
