I hate to disagree. I didn't have that much flavor to me. Was inexpensive easy to use but just didn't add the kind of flavor I was expecting

Seasoned my new weber kettle 22" master touch today -- couple questions

Personally I think the best thing about using a Weber is there aren't any rules. I would suggest that any leftover charcoal have the ashes knocked off and pour some more clean new ones on top that's what I do all the time especially when you're doing things like steaks and thighs and dogs or...

    1st Beef Ribs

I like to cook beef ribs but I like to cook plate ribs. They're the longer version of short ribs so some butchers don't carry them. But if you find them season them whatever you like. Then cook them at 250 or so could take six hours or more then use the probe method which I found on this...

Normally I would say get a 22-in. But with the rest of the stuff you got doesn't sound like you need that much room. The 22-in does a great job but also eats a lot of charcoal. Kind of depends on what you're going to use it for and how much you're going to use it. If I was to go back and do...

Two ROL with Yukon gold mashed pots, mushroom gravy and grilled zukes

Those racks look really really good. Grew up eating lots of lamb. Now where I live it's very expensive I can get a good prime rib steak for the same price as a small rack of lamb it's ridiculous.
