Thanks! I still have all of my Weber smokers and grills, this Brisket was cooked on my Pit-Boss pellet smoker using a blend of Oak, Mesquite and Hickory :)
I bought a pizza kit from Sprouts, made the pizza on a cookie sheet with flour on the bottom, I had a hard time picking it up and putting it on the stone. Once on the stone, I closed the lid and checked on the pizza every now and then. It looks like a hot mess, but it tasted pretty good. I'll...
I thawed this flat I found on sale awhile back, rubbed it with Rudy's bbq rub, smoked for 2 hrs at 250F, wrapped for 4 hrs at 250F, then rested for another 2 hrs, tender and juicy, everybody was happy with the results :)
Smoked them for 3hrs at 225F, wrapped in foil for about another 2-3 hrs, then unwrapped with some sauce for about 10 minutes, they were tender and juicy :)
Smoked this bird for about 4hrs at 250F, basted with melted butter twice during the cook. Once the breast hit 165F, I turned off the smoker, covered the turkey with foil and let it rest for a good hr or so. Very juicy and with a nice smoke ring. This bird tasted awesome!
Smoked these extra meaty ribs for 2hrs at 225F, wrapped for 2 hrs at 250F, then back on the smoker for about 15 minutes to firm them up a bit. Very tender and juicy :)
I picked up a small flat brisket from my local Aldi store, smoked 2hrs at 250F, wrapped in foil for 4 hrs, then rested for another 2 hrs, this method seems to work best on my smoker. Brisket was tender and juicy, it was really good! :)
