I miss the simplicity of the older Genesis Silver series. Easy to assemble and replace parts. Even cooking. Last forever. Nothing fancy. Just hope Weber doesn’t view their grills as short-lived, expendable items like kitchen and laundry appliances.

I grill lots of vegetables (not eggplant) along with meat/poultry/fish, etc. I guess my grilled Mexican street corn will be banned. Some processed food I won’t grill, but wow, a grilled Spam & hamburger w/pepper jack cheese & pineapple is great!

The Misses won. We're moving to Florida from Nebraska. I have a 1 1/2 year old Spirit II E-310. Should I sell it or clean/pack it in a PODS/U-Pack with our other stuff? OK, what's the lowest outside temperature you all have grilled with a gasser? I love to grill, but when it's cold outside I tend to opt for the crock pot or oven. Let's hear from those hardy northern tier folks!

With all the BBQ cleaners out there, is there any one good cleaning product that does a decent job on the interior/exterior cooking box/enamel lid? I’m refurbing a Silver B and really don’t have the time to blast or use a drill/wire brush. Too many choices with all mediocre reviews. Thanks-
