    David, I have one of the Brinkmann "Smoke 'N Grill" smokers (which I got as a free gift). I used it a couple times before I got my WSM. Now, I only use it's large water pan in my WSM....or if I want to smoke a side dish. I made the baked beans from the cooking topics on this board. Everyone...

    How many slabs of ribs on your WSM

    Hi All, Just doing a poll to see how many racks of baby backs will fit on the WSM? I've done 3 (rolled) per grate before, but I've never used racks. I would assume I could fit more with racks? Thanks, Steve

    Thanks for all the tips!! I planned on the heat fighting me with the extra meat...so I planned on doing tap-hot water and room temp meat. Rita, is there a reason/tip for resting them 4 hours?

    Hey all!! I have question with a 4 butt cook? When I turn and flip end to end...should I rotate top and bottom grate as well? I've done a 2 butt before, but only used the top rack. I've read that the 2 racks have different temps....so I was curious if I should rotate between racks as well...

    2 Butt question

    I have 2 butts that are the same weight after trimming the fat cap....well one is 0.2 pounds larger? Should I cook both on the top grate, or one on each grate? Thanks, Steve

    4 Butts?

    Well, like I said before....the group can put away some food....so maybe I'll have to do 6 butts? I'll probably do 2 the first time...to break the "cherry"...then move up to 4 or 6. Thanks for the info Paul and Adam. Steve

    4 Butts?

    I am a new WSM user, and did the BRITU this past weekend. They turned out PERFECT, eventhough I was cooking late into the night...during a snow storm. I want to try the pork butt next, but I usally see people doing two at a time. Is it possible to fit four on one WSM? Obviously size/weight...
