They first quoted me 98 dollars, but after I asked if there was anything they could do, they came back with 58 dollars (plus about 10 dollars shipping). I wish it had been less, but it was worth it to me because it was so new.

I got my new lid today. I moved the thermometer and handle over from the old lid. Once again it's like brand new.

It is frustrating when stuff like that happens. I remember when I first got my OTG. I think it was within the first few times of use, I didn't get the lid hooked completely and the lid fell to the ground. It made a small chip on the very edge. Black is a much more forgiving color.
