I posted it over a week ago. It went fast. Would've deleted the post it but that isn't an option here. I was seriously considering buying it but don't need 2 of them. Someone got a hell of a deal.
Very nice basket, but kinda spendy. Makes my repurposed WSM 18 charcoal ring look pretty ghetto. I need to sell my WSM's so will need to put the charcoal ring back in to sell, so may be in the market for one. Maybe the price of the basket will come down if they decide to produce them.
Up until fairly recently I used a ceramic "Hotjo" travel mug that said "San Diego Wild Animal Park" on it that I was gifted in the early 90's. Still have it, but the logo is long gone.
Now I use a 30 oz. Yeti tumbler with a handle.
I use the gas start on my WSC exclusively. I'm sure other methods work well or even better for some folks, but I have embraced the propane start and would miss it if it wasn't there.
Same goes for my Performer. I use a vortex in it and the propane start works good to get it going. Makes my life...
People were lining up for it at Sam's Club today
It was a little ridiculous for 10:45 on a Tuesday morning.
It was $3.58 for 85
It's pretty easy to find it for 10 cents more around town, no line.
So that begs the question, how much is your time worth?
That's a big beautiful board. I have a 18 x 24 x 1-1/2" edge grain teak and it gets used for carving turkey's and whole packer briskets. Kinda big for everyday use though imo.
I have 14 x 20 x 2-1/2" and 12 x 16 x 2" end grain teak boards that get used regularly
The little one gets used every day.
Me too
I use one of these in my Summit Charcoal

Welcome to the club. I've had a Moccamaster for many years, use it everyday. Makes great coffee.
Also have a couple nice Baratza grinders I bought when I was making espresso. The Encore was my first decent grinder before I went down the rabbit hole with making espresso at home, then the grinders...
I have that one. It's very lightweight so it slides around on the counter a little, but works good. As far as bags, I use the Nutri-Lock pre-made quart and gallon sizes from Amazon
I use the charcoal ring from a 18" WSM, fits like it was made for it.
I load it up with charcoal and some smokewood, hit the propane igniter for 4-5 minutes, and adjust the vents to allow it to come up to target temp slowly
