Happy Anniversary! My wife and I just celebrated our 29th in July.

I cook a cup of elbow macaroni and then add a package of room temperature Boursin cheese. Makes a really great Mac and cheese. Sometimes I add lobster when I want this as an entree.

Bob, we now live in Hilton Head,SC on “Towhee Road” and we have some Towhees here. Have not been able to get a picture however.

My wife and I prefer to not use the microwave and have had convection/ microwave ovens for over 30 years. Convection ovens are smaller so uses less power and energy. Would not want to give it up! have not used microwave but once in last 8 years (Heated water for oatmeal on a rushed mornings).

We purchased a Bear Mattress that came in a box. After 6 months we loved it so much that we bought another one for our guest room. Ray
