Happy Anniversary! My wife and I just celebrated our 29th in July.

I cook a cup of elbow macaroni and then add a package of room temperature Boursin cheese. Makes a really great Mac and cheese. Sometimes I add lobster when I want this as an entree.

Bob, we now live in Hilton Head,SC on “Towhee Road” and we have some Towhees here. Have not been able to get a picture however.

My wife and I prefer to not use the microwave and have had convection/ microwave ovens for over 30 years. Convection ovens are smaller so uses less power and energy. Would not want to give it up! have not used microwave but once in last 8 years (Heated water for oatmeal on a rushed mornings).

I have found that any breasts I buy from Publix has this problem. Harris Teeter and Krogers do not seem to have the problem - at least not my experience. Ray

Not quite the same subject, but thought I would share it anyway. I buy the canned cranberry sauce and remove it from the can. I then slice it into small, thin slices ( maybe 3/8 inches) . I then use various cookie cutters to create various shapes of the season- such as leaves, pumpkins, turkeys...

Three years ago we downsized and moved to a one story home on slab. No stairs - only 1/2 a step from garage floor to house floor. Love it. Also loving the warmer climate here. For any of you thinking about downsizing, do it! You will not regret it
