I tried your recipe for fudge. It did not set up so it can be cut into pieces. I used a double boiler to melt the ingredients together. Do you have any suggestions?

Can I freeze Pastrami after following the Quick Pastrami Recipe posted under cooking topics? I do not have access to a vacuum sealer.

Try Larry's recipe for Pepper Stout Beef filed in the beef recipe section. It is awesome, you won't regret it. You can take your tough chuck roast and turn it into flavorful pulled beef.
