I'm looking for a really good recipe for good ole Virginia Style Chick-a-Que Sauce/Marinade!
As I recall when I had it years ago, it tasted like a Zesty Italian Dressing with garlic and a lot of lemon juice. I may be wrong but if you
kind folks would straighten me out on this issue...

Tomorrow I'm firing up my 22" WSM Smoker aka "R2D2", and doing a 14 lb beef brisket with a Memphis Rub. I'm cooking for 12 bodies and two tiny dogs...LOL! I'll post pics of the cooking process and the two lil'...
