Hi All BBQ Folks!!

I just joined TVWB yesterday and I'm very grateful to be here!

Tomorrow I'm firing up my 22" WSM Smoker aka "R2D2", and doing a 14 lb beef brisket with a Memphis Rub. I'm cooking for 12 bodies and two tiny dogs...LOL! I'll post pics of the cooking process and the two lil' yappers when I figure out how to post pics on here.
