    So I am going to take the butt off at 195 degress and wrap it in foil. How long can it stay in the foil for? If I take it off at 7 will it be ok in foil until 10?

    I am making my first Mr. Brown tomorrow and just wanted to know if anyone had any helpful tips for this kind of meal? Also where and how deep should I put the Maverick et-73 food probe. I have yet to use the food probe so I'm not really sure where the placement should be. thanks Mark

    Turning ribs

    Thank you all for your suggestions. I cooked my ribs for 4 hours between 200-220 and did not turn them and they came out awesome. I have done 2 cooks both time were ribs so this weekend i will be diving into Pork Butt for the first time. Hopefully I don't screw it up to bad b/c I got people...

    Turning ribs

    I have seen different reciepes and some say to turn the ribs onto the. Meat side during cooking and others don't. Should I turn the ribs? Is there a benefit to doing this? Thanks mark
