Ribs were on a bit too long, as was the corn(wife distracted me;)). Everything was fantastic though. Temps were incredibly easy to control. Can't wait for next weekend!

I'm an hour in and temps are steady. Never used a smoker or even charcoal before so I'm pleasantly surprised. The beer can chicken has Weber Kickin Chicken seasoning. Don't remember everything that went on the ribs. 2 chunks of hickory and one of apple. Pretty much just lettin her ride.
