Does anybody know if Performers are still available without the gas ignition in Europe? I like the traditional charcoal wait to enjoy a couple of chill out ales.
Good choice of grill for the barge, I've seen lots of people using them at moorings.
I open the bottom vents fully and this keeps the temps nice and high.
I keep the top vents shut to maximise the smoke from the wood chips (although I doubt it makes much difference to the smokiness of the food...
I can't afford a One Touch 18", so what methods do people have for cleaning out old ashes from their grills? Are Webers light enough to just lift up and empty into the bin? Or can you sweep the ashes through the bottom air vent?
