    My Second Smoke Help

    I know Moore's BBQ sauce from New Bern is great, and I have an order coming from Hawk Sauce BBQ but haven't tried it yet. Both of these are authentic sauces based in Eastern North Carolina and they both ship.

    Why does everybody seem to have 3 or 4 or 5 different grills and smokers?

    I have a MES 30 electric smoker for the low steady temps required for sausage making, a faithful 22.5 kettle for everything, and just got a 18.5 WSM for more rib capacity. Oh, almost forgot my portable Jumbo Joe for when I head out camping or guest grilling!

    Lowes Kingsford 2 20lb bags $9.99

    I went to HD this morning and got nothing. It's still $20 for a two pack. I just saw a sale paper for Lowe's and it's in there, also saw that Tractor Supply has Royal Oak twin packs for $9.99. I'm definitely there tomorrow!

    Just saying hello, great forum you have here. I love Weber products. I use my kettle for everything! I like to make ribs, pork butt and wings mostly but always enjoy getting ideas from like minded people. I look forward to participating here.

    What are you using for rubs?
