    Can temp rise while in the stall?

    Hi all, Have my first brisket going and I'm not sure if I'm still in the stall or pushing out? I stalled at 158 or so around 3 hours in (the drop in the graph was probe adjustment), but now I'm climbing up but I think it has went up 2.5 degrees in an hour? That sounds pretty obvious now typing...
