    Which Weber grill is this?

It is a Platinum. For that model year, Platinum=Side Table, Performer=Side Table+Gas Ignition+Charcoal Bin. I am not sure if Crate and Barrel offered a Platinum also or only a Performer. I am aware of C&B offering Light Gray (several years ago) and a kind of Lime Green color (curently).

    My craigslist find - 2008 Weber s-670

Good to hear. The guy that was considering selling his S-670 to me decided to keep it. I offered $1100 and he said he decided to keep it. Maybe in a another season or two...

Weber Summit S-670 - warranty question

David, I talked to a guy at a hardware store that is a Weber dealer this past weekend-he said the wty will travel with the grill. I have talked to a Weber rep about this also and many of the posts on this forum would lead you to believe that Weber stands behind their products regardless of...

    My craigslist find - 2008 Weber s-670

David, Sounds like a pretty good deal to me...I have seen a few go for $600-$900 (Summit S-650), but also some for $1400-$1600...Newer Summits are hard to find on CL. I buy a lot of Weber grills and the latest guy I talked to wants $1200 for one that is less than a year old (I think the main...

    Price check help, please.

I don't think amazon.com has prices on older Summit D4 grills (at least I didn't see any). Amazon.com seems to only have pricing on grills within a couple years old.

    Price check help, please.

Seems a little steep-guessing this is at leat 5 years old. It is pretty common to see the used current look Summits (when you see them for the $600-$1200 range for 4 or 6 burners)... I would say the grill would go for more around $300-$500. I have never sold one, but I have sold a lot of used...

My Silver A has a big brother!

Congrats Walter-seems like you are starting to get a case of Weberitis-it won't go away-it will only get worse...I think pretty much everyone on these boards already has it.

    Using a 2011 Genesis as a Built-In??

Cool!! Is there airflow on both sides (underneath the side tables)? I felt the heat dissipation of an S-310 and thought that it was not getting too hot and as long as it wasn't up against something completely solid restricting airflow that heat dissipation wouldn't be an issue. Anyway, the guy...

2011 E-320 New in Box vs. 2010 Used S-310-which would you pay more for?

Well, I was able to get $550 (I kept the propane tank and rotisserie) for the 2010 Genesis S-310 Used and I got $600 for the NIB 2011 Black E-320. Also was able to get $650 for a NIB 2011 E-310 Espresso and I got $550 for a Used 2010 E-310 Espresso a couple weeks ago. Guess there are few...

    Performer in a 26.75

I am guessing pricing and volume are a lot to do with why they don't have a 26.75" Performer. I believe a 22" OTG is $149 and a 26.75" is $299. Following a little logic, if a 22" Performer is $329, which adds $180 essentially for the table/gas option, if they kept the same formula for the 26.75"...

    Weber Genesis Gold?

I have had a couple of Weber Genesis Golds (around 2005/2004) and I really liked them. They have SS grates and SS Flavorizer bars, which are going to last a long time compared to their porcelain grate/bar standards that are on Genesis Silver models-plus they are really sturdy grills...

Is 22.5 One Touch Portable enough to fit in Car?

Somebody bought a 22" OTS from me last week and it fit in the back seat of their Audi A4 (with the lid and grates in the trunk).

    Using a 2011 Genesis as a Built-In??

I have a New In Box E-320 For Sale that I got on CL. I had a potential customer say that he wanted to use a new 2011 Genesis in a built-in configuration. Anyone see any potential problems with this? Anyone done this yet? With the front knobs and N/S burners and side tables just attached with...

    Weber Summit S-420

The S-420 I had did have (I have sold it) a small dent on the outside of one of the doors. They are all riveted in, so really no way to bump out a dent. I noticed the side tables come off really easily with screws and I am sure they did it that way for packaging and cost, but it is really hard...

    How transportable?

I have seen them fit in smaller vehicles that are hatchbacks (I have seen them in Subaru hatchbacks), but a sedan trunk would be tough-the height without the lid is still probably close to 35"-40" and your width is going to be more. Depth is probably around 24". The top lid removes easily with 2...
