Specifically interested in the whole turkey recipes. There's no mention of cooking temp, just times/internal temp of the meat.

Sorry if this has been asked before. In the cooking topics section of TVWB, it says that the charcoal measurements assume the use of an 18.5" WSM. How much should I increase the measurements for my 22.5"? Thanks, Jim

HAHA! Thanks everyone. Her maiden voyage won't be until Thursday. Having a big cookout for the 4th. Looking forward to the "set it and forget it" ease compared to my Chargriller Super-pro with the SFB. That thing always needs babysitting to keep temps in line, but always turned out good 'que.

Just had my new 22.5" WSM delivered from Amazon.....that sucker is heavy! Thought I could hide the box from my wife for a few days....not sure now. Can't wait to start cookin!!!
