Great set up, I was put off (never occured to me actually) doing it your way as there is just Dad and me at home and it seemed a bit too much (fuel wise) to do it this way.

Hello everyone, I've had my 18½" WSM for about 2 months now, and I was wondering whether or not I should be cleaning the probe. There's a build up of black on it atm, but I don't want to damage it, I've read the 'bullit sticky' and done a search, but can't find a mention of it. Thanks Gary
