Looks like you have the white wire mod (your green wire) solderd to the wrong point. http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?50912-White-Wire-Ground-Fix-for-LidMode-triggering-and-noise&highlight=white+wire+mod and it is difficult to see if you cut all the traces.

This was more about the version of PCB that he build, not if the rasberry Pi needs an SD card with another version. We want to order the new 4.1.4 board but want to know if this board works fine.
