    I hope these help. Middle picture is right side caster, the others are the left side caster. It appears as though this insert is damaged. Not sure how to get out of the frame leg, or if there is a replacement insert.

    Weber sells the parts.Call customer service and you will be amazed at their willingness to help you with your rebuild. Read the threads for more resources. And dont forget to share lots of pics of your rebuild process.

    What screw did you use to attach the lid to the side panels? The old ones do not have a slot in them- they are flat.

    Just spoke to the nice people at Weber. Customer Service provided a link to the original owners manual, which gives the actual sizes and descriptions of all of the hardware. Now all I have to do is take the list to my local specialty hardware store, and I'm in business!

    I have re-started my Genesis 3000 restoration project, and want to replace my original hardware with Stainless Steel hardware. I have seen a couple of comments about the benefits of the upgrade, but I'm not sure where to get the parts. Are they available in a package? Or do you have to buy them...

    I have disassembled my Weber 3000 and can not get the screws out of the bottom drip pan rails, or the inside burner. I have tried to loosen with Kanocroil, but no luck. Afraid I will wring off the heads.....
