Stuck!

I have disassembled my Weber 3000 and can not get the screws out of the bottom drip pan rails, or the inside burner. I have tried to loosen with Kanocroil, but no luck. Afraid I will wring off the heads.....

Try heating the threaded areas the screws go into on the drip rails with a torch. Hit them liberally with PBlaster penetrating oil. I have never hound better. There is a reason pro mechanics swear by it. As for the burner screws leave the ones inside the fire box alone. They are not meant to come out. The burners slide out from the control panel side. Two wing nut type screws made of stainless take those out. Even if by some miracle you got the screws inside the fire box out the burners do not lift out
