Hi all. Been a while. Hey can anyone point me toward a cover for my vintage silver A ? Everything I can find is way too tall. I feel like 36” would be max or it’ll be touching the deck like an old curtain. I’ve got the original but it’s shrunk so bad I can barely get it on or off.
The picnic shoulder is good meat. It doesn’t shred as easily as pork butt , BUT , it’s tasty when smoked to about 200* IT . Just figure on slicing it or chopping it to make sandwiches or serve with sides. For real pulled pork I’d always use a boneless butt. Just my 2c
Boy those look great. I know everyone doesn’t feel this way but , to me, sometimes it’s just too crappy out to cook outdoors..So for winter cooking , this would work for me. ..I certainly wouldn’t turn up my nose if you put them in front of me.
You know , that Amazing ribs.com dude? The one who debunks all the tried and true bbq aphorisms like
”if you’re lookin , you ain’t cookin” and “low and slow is the only way to go”...you know that guy?
well , I’ve read his stuff over the years and I’ve liked a lot of it and even agreed with a lot...
