Indeed it is. I actually stole the one I use for sous vide at home. Just remember to remove the plastic foot holders first. Not my idea but it's the best Ikea hack so far :)
Just a short post from our beachhouse. Was alone with the oldest kid so decided it was time for him to learn his way around the ribs... And introducing him to S'mores :)

Nice to finally see a follow Dane here displaying our gastronomic traditions :) "Sværene" looks great. Perhaps removing the tray below and turn up the temp the last couple of mins to get the last pop on them
I have both a Ceramic and a WSM but would do as the others say and make the trade and then buy another WSM off CL but still keep the Egg. These things are brilliant!
