Yuk, Hate the weber fade.

Cody, Cut off a short piece of flat stock about 3/4" wide and weld it to the inside edge of the "thinned" bracket. Then just drill through the original hole through the welded on piece and your manifold is good for another 20 years. It doesn't change the size or shape of the manifold at all.

Yah, Most I have seen were different. If you have a lathe, I would definitely try to make a set out of the Brazillian Walnut to match the shelves. To me, it looks like they were an afterthought.

Josh, the lid handles on that grill are the exact same as the one that was on the BM that I redid. I have not seen very many that used that style of handle. Maybe they were only used for one or two years.

THat is great you can replace that top screen on the IR burner for cheap. Those IR Side burners really intrigue me.

Or possibly just changed the design part way through the 1000-5000 era of grills.
