Poconos PA get ready for Smoke Day 9!

My 6th Memorial Day Smoke with VW. We have family and friends back home near Philly begging for the pork. Later this evening, I will drop 36lbs of shoulder into the weber. Can't wait!

    The Horror!! Small brisket dilemma...

If my goal for internal temp is 200 degrees and the WSM around 225-250, how long should I anticipate the smoke with (2) 6 pound briskets? I have read anywhere from 8-11 hours. Should I consider Smoke and Oven finish? Thanks gang! I will have a hungry group and want to try and get the serving...

    The Horror!! Small brisket dilemma...

Gang - I am super jacked up about my 3rd Memorial Day Smoke. We were planning on smoking a brisket with the WSM. Unfortunately, my Costco only has 6 pound briskets. Can anyone direct me to recipe for these smaller briskets? Ideally we were looking to smoke a 14 pounder. Thanks

I know, I know...Weber pricing is set, but...

Thanks gang! I have been keeping my eye on Lowes. It looks that they only sell the units with porcelain grates and bars. Has anyone seen the upgraded Genesis line at the big box stores?

...every once in a while I hear about "great deals" you can get at the end of the summer. My buddy swears that the Genesis grills are discounted by $100-$125 at the large hardware stores at this time. Any thoughts?
